Rania is an Associate at Mending the Chasm who is a passionate practitioner of design thinking and strategy, Rania has extensive and diverse experience in facilitation, ARAO planning, curriculum design, and community mobilization.

Having worked with various groups and organizations in the public, non-profit, international development, and private sectors, Rania is experienced at creating inclusive and safe environments for open dialogue and participation. Her work is rooted in equity, social innovation, and accessibility. Rania holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Studies and currently lives in the UK.
