Inclusion Advisory Services

We understand that some of our clients do not have the current capacity to hire an in-house Chief Inclusion Officer. Here’s where we come in!

Our monthly retainer option gives you access to a dedicated set of hours each month, to address key issues pertaining to inclusion, equity & anti-racism culture change and practice.

You can also purchase a block of hours to be used at your discretion and based on our availability.

Inclusion Coaching

Inclusion Coaching is an integral part of any culture transformation. We work with leaders organizations, to help them do the deep reflective work required to examine and transform unconscious biases, make conscious choices to become more inclusive, build cultural competency, and become empowered enough to take courageous actions to make their organizations more equitable.

Conflict Transformation Coaching

Conflict remains one of the top five fears for many and yet is a guaranteed experience at work at some point, especially where passionate leaders have differing views or approaches. Conflict Transformation Coaching is a one-on-one confidential experience designed to support leaders to address workplace conflict so that it has a positive outcome. Working in partnership, we help individuals identify and develop new practical skills to resolve conflict, and to build more inclusive approaches to dealing with disputes that preserve relationships.

Equitable Culture Audit with Recommendations

An Equitable Culture Audit / Needs Assessment consists of gathering data from a variety of sources, using methodologies relevant to your organization’s culture, structure, and population.

We use focus groups, online surveys, individual interviews, reviews of policies and procedures, and other qualitative & quantitative research techniques in our audit process.

Our team at Mending the Chasm works with your organization to design a custom process that will provide a baseline of understanding of how inclusive your policies, practices, and workplace culture are.
